EZPZ's Help Desk in one place: the Support Portal, the searchable FAQs, and My Tickets for following the tickets you have filed.
The Support Portal is EZPZ's Help Desk. It brings three jobs together: browsing FAQ articles, sending a ticket to the EZPZ team, and checking the tickets you have already sent. You start at the portal, try the FAQs first, and open a ticket only when no article answers your question.
On EZPZ, the Help Desk is three connected pages that share one look. The portal at https://ezpztrading.com/helpdesk/ is the front door, with FAQ category cards, a ticket form, and a View a Ticket box. The FAQ page at https://ezpztrading.com/helpdesk/kb/ holds searchable articles. My Tickets at https://ezpztrading.com/helpdesk/tickets/my-tickets/ lists everything you have filed. The portal and My Tickets need a signed in account, and the FAQ page opens without one. None of it is a market tool. It carries no prices, no signals, and no trade advice, so what you find here is about your account and how the site works.
The Help Desk menu in the site header lists the same four stops: Support Portal, New Ticket, My Tickets, and FAQs. Use this table to pick the right one.
| Page | Address | Sign in needed? | Use it to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Support Portal | https://ezpztrading.com/helpdesk/ | Yes | See the FAQ categories, file a ticket, or open one by number. |
| FAQs | https://ezpztrading.com/helpdesk/kb/ | No | Read and search articles before you write to the team. |
| New Ticket | https://ezpztrading.com/helpdesk/tickets/submit/ | Yes | Open the full Submit a Ticket form. See Submit a Ticket. |
| My Tickets | https://ezpztrading.com/helpdesk/tickets/my-tickets/ | Yes | List and reopen the tickets you have filed. |
If you are logged out and open a page that needs an account, you are sent to the EZPZ login page. My Tickets remembers where you were going and brings you back to it after you sign in.
The portal opens with a Support Center badge, the heading "How can we help you?", and a line that reads "Submit a support ticket, browse our knowledge base, or check the status of your existing tickets." Below that are up to three blocks.
The FAQ page is titled "Frequently Asked Questions." Its own line says to "browse our FAQs articles to get help quickly before submitting a support ticket." That is the intended order: search here first.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Search FAQs... | Filters the articles as you type. It looks at the article title and the answer text. |
| All Categories | A dropdown that narrows the list to one category. The choices are the categories you may see. |
| Grid and list buttons | Two small buttons switch between category cards (the default) and an expandable list of articles. Clicking a category card opens that category in the list view. |
| Article row | Click a title to expand it. You see the question when one is set, then the answer. |
| Helpful and Not Helpful | Vote links under an article. They only show when you are signed in. |
| Create Ticket | A button under each article. It opens the ticket form and, when the article's category is tied to a topic, fills in the Reason for you and locks it. |
When an article has votes, a line such as "3 of 4 people found this helpful" appears under it. If there are no articles at all, the page reads "No Articles Available." Each category also has its own page under https://ezpztrading.com/helpdesk/kb/ followed by the category name, which is the address a category card links to from the portal.
My Tickets is headed "My Tickets" with the line "View and manage all your support tickets in one place." It loads after the page opens, so you first see "Loading your tickets..." and then the cards.
| Part of a ticket card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| #Number | The ticket's number. |
| Status pill | Where the ticket stands. The Help Desk uses Open, Reopened, Resolved, Closed, Duplicate, and Forked. |
| Title | Your Summary of the problem. It is a link to the ticket. |
| Queue | The Reason you chose, shown next to a folder icon. |
| Date | The day the ticket was created, such as "Sep 21, 2026." |
| View Details | Opens the ticket page with its description and follow-ups, where you can add a comment. |
Tickets are listed newest first, 25 to a page, with page numbers at the bottom when there is more than one page. A new account sees "No Tickets Yet" and a Create New Ticket button.
The two pages share one form, but they do different jobs. Submit a Ticket is the form on its own, with a header that reads "Submit a Ticket" and a note that all fields are required. The portal adds the FAQ categories and the View a Ticket box around the same form. If you already know you need the team, go straight to Submit a Ticket. If you are not sure, start on the portal or the FAQs.
When your question is about a tool rather than your account, the Learn Center may answer it faster. Guides such as Live Flow and Ticker Explorer describe what each page shows, and the Learn Center lists the rest.
