How people actually use it

Read Spot, then the nearest bars

Check the ticker line. Find the yellow Spot line on the gamma card. Then read blue versus purple on the strikes next to it.

Leave Strikes on 20 first

Most sessions start on 20. Widen to 30 or 40 only if you want more strikes. All is the full listed set for that expiration.

Use the delta card for tilt

If a gamma bar looks loud, scroll to Spot Delta Exposure. Same strikes. Same Spot line. Different y-axis: $ per $1 Move.

Use it next to Gamma Flip and the tape

This page is the OI versus Volume stack. Open GEX and DEX if you want Gamma Flip. Open Live Flow if a strike makes you want the prints.
